Despite the Wellbeing Festival Weekend being cancelled, Tai Chi Tigers forged ahead and enjoyed World Tai Chi & Qigong celebrations in the Caygill Rooms of the Piece Hall Halifax. With the kind permission of the Trust, we were able to enjoy our Tai Chi inside away from the very cold, wet weather.

“Thank you for another great World Tai Chi & Qigong celebration.  Despite the terrible weather and the disappointment of the cancellation of the Well Being Weekend the day was a massive success. Thanks to you and David everyone came together and enjoyed an amazingly satisfying hour of Qigong and Tai Chi. Roll on next year……Love to you both.” Sue & Jeff xx

“Thank you so much for your hard work for the event today, sorry it couldn’t be more as it was supposed to be . But so glad you managed to do the morning session, I thoroughly enjoy the peace, tranquility , energy and healing created. Without you this would not have been possible.
Thank you for sharing”  Kathryn xxx

Tai chi … might well be called “medication in motion.” There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice …has value in treating or preventing many health problems.
