Come along to The Piece Hall in Halifax with all the family or friends. This world celebration using peaceful moves is gentle, easy to follow and suitable for all levels of fitness – also a superb opportunity for people in wheelchairs and other disabilities to join in too. Follow and enjoy this hour of gentle exercise enabling you to feel the peace and tranquility that can be gained from Tai Chi & Qigong with students from Tai Chi Tigers – and it is FREE.
The World Celebration will begin at 10.00 (27 April 2019) with your opportunity to join in a simple program of natural breathing, exercise and Tai Chi & Qigong moves.
Come along to The Piece Hall early and enjoy an amazing cup of coffee or breakfast in one of the many cafes – meet and chat to Tai Chi Tiger students or look around the shops and activities.

WELLBEING & COMMUNITY FESTIVAL
We will be hosting our first ever Wellbeing & Community Festival this April in The Piece Hall Halifax, a fun free two-day event which will help the local community get creative and active, as well as offering much-needed support services.
From fitness fanatics to first timers, anyone looking to get moving can try their hand at a whole host of sport including all-adapted cycling, dance, Tai Chi & Qigong, Mindfulness’n’Movement, wheelchair basketball and yoga. Visitors with a creative flair can try their hand at mindful colouring and stone carving, amongst other artistic activities.
An array of support services will be on offer across The Courtyard in The Piece Hall from charities, and there will be food pop-ups and music from community choirs and local musicians
